I love this Two-faced wood plaq. On one side it says Merrry Christmas and on the other it says Harvest Blessing. I love how old and Rustic the Harvest Blessing is. YOu can find this idea here over at that looks like craft.

Great idea and it always seems like you have to get fall decor away and Christmas out quickly right after Thanksgiving so that would be helpful in that process.
